APPOINTMENT OF Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer

People’s Leasing And Financial Services Limited (PLFSL), one of the Leading and established financial institutions in Bangladesh, invites applications from competent and enthusiastic professionals for the post of its Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer. The candidate is expected to work in a team concept to build up and lead an efficient and effective management team.

Educational Qualification:

The candidate should be MSS/MBA/MA in Economics, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Management, Business Administration or other disciplines from any reputed public/private university.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• The job requires the qualities of overall leadership with a vision for transforming the institution into one of the largest financial institutions in the country.
• Organizing. Planning, Supervising and Executing the Operational Activities of the Company and achieving the business target set by the Company's Board of Directors.
• Monitoring, supervising and providing guidance to the Management Team of the Company
• Liaison with the regulatory authorities, such as, Bangladesh Bank and Securities & Exchange Commission, our lenders such as Bank(s) / Financial Institution(s), Individuals and Corporate clients, Business houses and the Company's Chairman and the Board of Directors.

Working Experience:

Having a minimum of 20 years of working experience in any financial institution or Banks, in addition to that 2 years continuous working experience in the immediate below rank of Managing Director & CEO i.e. AMD/DMD in any financial institution(s) / bank(s).

Personal Qualities:

Having a high level of interpersonal skills, self-confidence, patience and the ability to work in a team and provide leadership under pressure.

Language:

Proficiency in writing and speaking in English and Bengali.

Computer:

Computer proficiency is required.

Age Limit:

Not exceeding 60 years. The age limit may be relaxed for the deserving candidate.
