INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

People’s Leasing and Financial Services Limited (PLFSL) invites EOI from qualified and experienced Financial Management Experts/Consulting Firms to prepare an independent Restructuring, Revival and Long-Term Business Plan for 3-5 years.

The assignment will include assessment of the Company’s financial position, asset recovery, depositor/creditor liabilities, better-than-liquidation analysis, restructuring and capital restoration, sustainable business model, financial projections, depositor repayment plan, and implementation/monitoring framework, with necessary support for presentation before the Hon’ble High Court Division, Bangladesh Bank and other stakeholders.

Interested parties are requested to submit their EOI, profile/credentials, relevant experience, proposed methodology, timeline and professional fee proposal in accordance with the TOR.
